People need to watch this movie to realize the excellence – both of the execution of the movie and the solid script that the movie had, based on the novel from which it was adapted. In short, there are very few movies, specially Holocaust movies, that depict God’s punishment for wrongdoing so brilliantly. This movie is the best example I can give among all movies that I have watched till date. I would suggest people to read the novel first. That’s because in most cases novels contain details and descriptions that movies tend to skip in order to keep the movie within the time limit of say 1 or 2 hours. The entire cast played their roles brilliantly.
